Onboarding

Onboarding is the phase between the recruitment and successful integration of new employees, but also involves giving employees a leg up in a new role. It is the logical and professional next step after successful recruiting or successful further development measures. Due to the need to stimulate the motivation and productivity of new employees and foster their identification with the company and their new role, onboarding is now an integral part in the development and design of attractive employer brands. It is not enough to attract experienced key executive personnel, specially skilled experts and young, well-trained talents – as soon as these precious human resources have been hired, appropriate measures must be initiated to integrate them successfully in the company and retain them. Onboarding is one of the most important instruments of a sustainable long-term retention management. We support companies and employees as a professional partner by introducing a structured onboarding process that helps new recruits integrate into the company and existing employees to settle in their new role. Successful onboarding needs careful planning, with mapping of existing systems and resources, as well as a process tailored to the needs of each employee. Knowing both the candidates and the company intimately, we can offer valuable services as an independent consultant. In this context, we particularly prioritize expectation management. In the interest of continued motivation and lasting enthusiasm of new employees, we prevent potential misunderstandings by means of personal discussions.

In regular discussions about targets and feedback interviews, we formulate expectations and provide structured support to meet the objectives.

In addition to individual support following successful recruiting, we also advise companies on a systematic level. The company’s onboarding process is constantly supported through employee training and individual or group coaching for senior management. We develop, optimize and integrate structures, coordinate them individually and help to establish a productive feedback culture in line with the existing corporate culture.
